HT CCA Busbar Features


1. High Interface Bonding Strength
Interface bonding strength of HT CCA busbar is higher than standard requirements. In the processes of bending, punching and cutting, copper and aluminum will not become layered. They can bear the stress produced from thermal expansion within 200℃ temperature difference scope.

2. Copper-layer Cross-section occupies 20% of Integral Cross-section, achieving highest cost performance
Copper-layer volume ratio of HT CCA Busbar is 20%, meeting standard regulations and reaching the optimum cost performance.

3. High Conductivity. HT CCA Busbars can replace copper Busbars completely.
Current carrying capacity reaches 86% of T2 copper busbars. While selecting, cross section may only increase 20% in width or 33% in thickness than original copper busbar. Temperature rise and short resistance performance can meet requirements of low voltage switch equipment. It will not change the structure of electrical control and power distribution equipment and will not need to redesign. It is convenient to change.

4. Low cost and Energy Saving
